Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are shipped from our studio in Seoul, Korea, with duties and taxes already covered by MJade.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery takes 5–10 business days after your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL and other express carriers.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions or local carrier delays.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders.

Duties and taxes are covered by MJade. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is issued within 1–2 business days of your order shipping, and sent to you by email.

If you have not received your tracking number, or if your tracking information has not updated, please email cs@mjade.us with your order number and we will send you an update.
