Refund policy

We want you to be pleased with your MJade bag. If it is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

A return processing fee of $29.99 is deducted from the refund amount.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging included — the MJade box, dust bag and shopping bag.

Items showing signs of wear, damage or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

Email cs@mjade.us with your order number and the item you wish to return.

We will send return instructions within one business day.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original order and place a new one.

Discounted Items

Items purchased with a discount code follow the same return policy.

Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid.
